![]() Onslaught has been a disappointment since its release with no update in sight. People have been requesting end game content and the things the strategy revamp is hopefully going to bring for as long as I can remember and are pushed back to phases 3 and 4 by this crossover content (admittedly, the new enemies from this might be considered part of the end game and strategy changes). Terrible loot RNG has been complained about since passives were added (partially mitigated by Loot 2.0) with only passing comments about it being looked into. ![]() Inventory management's been a pain point since even before the scavenger was introduced and is only now being truly worked on (the filters helped, but the main problems were still there). There are issues with game features that have been known about and complained about for a long time that have yet to be addressed. Then they can get into the core of the game and fix the problem. They have to test and re-create the bug multiple times to find exactly what is causing it. ![]() The developers cant just look at the computer and magically fix a bug in the game. It's just the fact that the one or two bugs that people want to whine over don't, and since they are impatient and don't realize re-creating the bugs takes time, they will complain. There are multiple bug fixes every patch. It doesn't matter if bugs are getting fixed because people on the forums just make the claim that they don't get fixed and reality is based on what whiny people on forums post, not about what's actually happening in the real world.īasically, exactly what is going on. Who cares how many times we see bug fixes in patch notes. Who cares if Dani has posted screenshots of the bugs that are getting fixed. Yea, let's continue to act like bugs never get fixed. I love the idea of getting to play the Dryad, but what good is a new hero or a new map or new items, if all the bugs and god aweful rng and this failure of a "Loot 2.0" is still around, i wont have fun with it at all, it'll just be more chores to do and waste my time on cause i want my chars to be good and ready in the hopes this crap does eventually get fixed. I mean, yeah, bringing in new players is a key thing to do, but, do you really wanna expose all your horrible god aweful bugs and issues to a bunch of new people? I mean, yeah, you need publicity, but you are basically trying to publicize all your bugs that is ruining the game for a lot of people and do you really want that kind of rep? I cant imagine that could be good for business. Im kinda on the bandwagon of, stuff should be fixed before adding new stuff. What awaits you should you dare to explore The Constant?" "Rather than having a standalone "event" (as we did with Dungeon Defenders 2), we decided to utilize the World Seed functionality present in Journey's End to create a more holistic Don't Starve x Terraria experience. "The team debated long and hard about the best way to bring the gameplay dynamics of Don't Starve Together into Terraria in a fun and clever way," the devs continue. "Today's update will bring all currently-developed Terraria platforms up to content parity, which has been a very rare occasion," the devs add - that is, until the Labour of Love update arrives for PC. Update 1.4.3 is available now, with Don't Starve Together crossover content and all the content from the 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 updates, with new items and pets, Don't Starve Together emotes, a new Deerclops boss, a new world seed, and, last but definitely not least, three new achievements.
